Includes: 1 bedroom with bathroom. Use of suite-like accommodations, consisting of comfortably furnished living room with TV/DVD. There are two furnished front and backside porches, which are surrounded by full length windows. (Excellent for animal sighting).

A continental breakfast; consisting of coffee/tea, juice, cereal, fruit and pastry or a homemade breakfast bumto. The burritos are made of fresh homemade tortillas, either ham, bacon or sausage, potatoes, egg, red or green chili and cheese.

II. Two Hunters or Double Occupancy - One Bedroom $65.00 plus tax 3.94 $68.94

III. Four Hunters -Two Bedrooms, Two Baths ($68.94X2 =$137.88) $137.88

Includes all of the above

IV. Group Rates — Two Bedrooms, Two Baths and up to 5 additional beds available. Rate would be $137.88 plus $15.00 + tax for each additional hunter. *(lncludes all of the above).

V. Horse Boarding - Also available for an additional cost.

VI. Additional Parking - available for hunting vehicles/horse trailers, etc.

VII. We have space for tent campers.
